From Caracas
to Hollywood
Enrique Sapene is a Venezuelan-born actor, producer, and television host whose career spans three continents. Born into one of Latin America's most storied broadcasting families — his lineage includes Eduardo Sapene and Marcel Granier of Venezuela's legendary RCTV — storytelling is in his DNA.
After launching his career in Caracas and modeling in Paris, Enrique established himself in the U.S. as a reporter for Univision's CONTROL before taking on roles in telenovelas including Pecadora, Hacienda Heights, and Eva La Trailera. His film work includes the Sundance-selected documentary The Last Mountain and Showtime's Mothers and Daughters.
Today, he serves as Host of Secretos: El Aftershow on Canela.TV and, alongside partner Rubén Consuegra, co-founded River Waves Productions — one of the most prolific independent production companies in U.S. Hispanic entertainment.
